By the end of our six months together, you’ll have learned everything you need to become an ICF-credentialed leadership coach, including adhering to the ICF Code of Ethics and ensuring your coaching practice is conducted with integrity.
You will become aware of your own biases, learn to adopt a growth mindset, demonstrate empathy and genuine understanding towards clients and learn how to foster strong rapport, and how to be fully present in your work.
Throughout the program, you will learn to recognize and validate your client’s emotions and experiences, build trust, and promote critical thinking and self-reflection to help clients develop their own solutions — instead of having you jump in to solve problems for them.
