Leadership Excellence (LE) is a leadership development program that bridges theory and action with coaching. This 5-month (24-week program) comprises weekly 2-hour sessions that offer a dynamic learning experience through live online and self-directed lectures and fieldwork with a small group format of 5 to 15 participants. The curriculum includes video lessons, online live Mastermind sessions, supplemented by private 1-to-1 coaching sessions to ensure you receive comprehensive, hands-on training.

Who should enroll in Leadership Excellence?

It can stand alone or fit into a learning continum, making it suitable for early-career managers or those new to coaching, looking to develop a strong foundation in leadership skills with a coaching approach.

I am a certified coach. Will I still benefit from this program?

Absolutely. For certified coaches, the Leadership Excellence program offers a valuable expansion of your existing skill set, focusing on leadership theories and advanced coaching concepts. What is the difference between Coaching Fundamentals, Coaching Essentials, and Leadership Excellence?

How is this different from other leadership training programs?

Do I have to finish Coaching Fundamentals (CF) and Coaching Essentials (CE) to enroll in this program?

No, however this program teaches coaching as a leadership style so it serves double duty as Phase 3 of the Certified Leadership Coach program and as a stand-alone leadership development program. It can be delivered without Coaching Fundamentals and Coaching Essentials.

How is the training delivered, and what is the curriculum?
Coach education training takes place on our world-class membership platform, with both pre-recorded learning lectures and live sessions. Download our brochure for the complete curriculum. Group training sessions for your organization can also be arranged.
Will I get a certification?

Yes! Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a certificate acknowledging your training in Leadership Excellence.

Is this program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)?

Yes! Upon completion of this program you will receive 40 ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units: 18 Core Competency Units and 22 Resource Development Units.

What kind of support will I receive during the program?
Participants will receive ongoing support from client services and instructors, access to course materials and extensive resources, and opportunities for one-on-one coaching with faculty. Additionally, there are forums and discussion groups for peer support and collaboration.
Will there be opportunities for practical coaching practice during the program?

No, however, if you are new to coaching and would like to learn and practice the ICF Core Coaching competencies, we recommend Coaching Fundamentals – View that program here. If you are an experienced ICF coach and would like to practice at an advanced level, we recommened Coaching Essentials – View that program here. If you would like to fulfill your Mentor Coaching requirements, we recommend our Mentor Coaching Group – View that program here.

Can you run a private training program just for my employees?
